This company sucks! They stopped delivering water to me without any explanation explaining why.

The last time I had water delivered was in February. I called and emailed DOZENS of times from March thru April only to be told "we're sorry ma'am and someone will be in your area next week." I was told that same lie over and over again. I went on vacation for a whole week during spring break and still no water. I finally told them to come and get the dispenser since I had no water to put in it.

It took them almost a month before it disappeared off my front porch. Today, however, I find a past due notice in my mailbox. For what?!?! I'M NOT PAYING YOU A DIME!!

I was a loyal customer for almost 4 years and I was never late because you were taking the money from my bank account. No one has ever explained to me why water stopped being delivered to my home and now you want to send my account to collections? Well go right ahead. I don't have any water bottles or water dispensers and haven't had any in months.The last time I called I supposedly spoke with a supervisor who said that my account would be closed.

Clearly that was a lie. Send my account to collections.

I don't care. I refuse to pay for something I don't have.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Crystal Springs Water Cons: No solution to problem, Cannot cancel contract, Delayed delivery.

When the situation arose, you "called and e-mailed DOZENS of times" .

Should it not have been obvious that your methods were ineffective ?

You should have sent a demand letter via Certified Mail, return receipt requested.

Start and maintain a paper trail if you are unhappy about something.

You SHOULD stop using so many SHOULDs in response to an unhappy customer. Arrogance isn't helpful.
