Cancelled Service - no one will pick up the 17 empty bottles

Hi

I have tried over and over again for months and dealt with this for years on not getting a water delivery. I finally gave up and cancelled.

Of course they said, "What if I can get water out to you in two days" What a joke. They have said that every time I would call and it didn't happened. When I did cancelled I was promised under no uncertain terms that the 17 empty bottles would be picked up and of course no show, promised the next day - no show. I am calling right now and now I have to wait another week and a half (which no one will show) I am ready to throw the bottles away.

The school building has no storage for them. What is going on in the Crystal Springs Water Cincinnati Office.

*** POOR SERVICE, NO RESPONSES BY ANYONE

Had standard coffee for nearly 30 years- Everything was fine until 2021 and some other company bought them. They missed delivery dates, delivered the wrong products and never, ever returned your calls when you were trying to get it corrected.

Their offices are all over the place and when we finally had to use some of their product that was wrong, since it was 4 weeks before they delivered, they are billing us for it. Can't get anyone to return call - We still have product that they are trying to bill us for and we still can't get them to come pick it up.

Then they have the balls to turn us over to a collection company. I'll be damn if they ever get paid!!!

Terrible service, over billed numerous times and no response to complaints

Not crediting for empty bottles picked up, delivering at their leisure of products not ordered or wanted yet billed for them. Delivering when scheduled to be skipped. Have contacted them regarding issues without any reply back. Feeling ripped off.

No Delivery Service in nearly 1 Month

My Company is on a bimonthly delivery schedule for our water services, and yet we have not received any water deliveries this month. We have not received an explanation as to why our deliveries didn't come. I made a call last week and was told a delivery was going to be made this week. This week is here and guess what? No water delivery! A call was made, and I was informed there was no delivery scheduled. So the phone tech stated that, my company can be scheduled for today, so we will see. It's poor services and poor customer services!!!

Terrible service.

They skipped deliveries multiple times, so I canceled service. They now wont pickup their cooler. They have canceled pickup without alerting me several times. I have been trying to get them to pickup their cooler for weeks. I called in yesterday, because they didnt show up again. The guy on the phone promised they dont cancel Saturday appointments. Well surprise its Saturday and theyre a no show. I have missed appointments, because I had to be home for them to pickup. Im ready to put it outside, and I wont be responsible if someone walks off with it. Pickup your equipment!!!

I need water delivery as promised.

I've been waiting for water delivery for almost weeks. I've made numerous phone calls to no avail and gotten nothing but one excuse after another.

I've asked to speak to a manager or above and was told they were too busy to talk to me, but they would call me back. No call yet. At this point they can come pick up the cooler because it's no use without the bottle water. They have w weeks from this complaint to do so, because I will be moving and I won't be taking the cooler without water.

I'm very disappointed with this companies lack of communication and consideration for its customers. I'm going elsewhere.

Customer care apologys responses to the extreme neglect of quality service Crystal Springs claims to provide is false a/lie unreliable, they can not, do not provide accountable responsible service! Would never ever recommend them to anyone! Waiting on 10 5 gal bottles of water to be delivered today 04-25-22! Scheduled delivery watching truck drive by 04-13-22! *** failing grade! Trying to cancel service for 8 months

Have been trying to cancel service for 8 months! We closed the office and moved states and STILL KEEP GETTING BILLS. Every month we call their customer service and they assure us that location is canceled and scheduled for pickup of cooler. NEVER HAPPENS and we keep getting billed. They are completely incompetent or they are an extremely dishonest business!

This company deserves a star rating lower than 1. They constantly charged our business for cups and extra bottles of water which we did not receive. It took hours on the phone to resolve these issues. We cancelled the service after years of frustration and incorrect billing.

Delivery Unreliable

For many years I had great delivery service; customer service was wonderful as well. Since my driver left the job in November 2021, I have not been able to get reliable delivery service since. I am also on hold all the time waiting to speak to someone to find out when delivery is actually coming. They don't arrive on scheduled dates. I am currently looking at Culligan but I may just stick with my PUR faucet filter only.

I have been a customer for about 10 years. Since 2020, they have repeatedly screwed up my order and the last few months keep missing their scheduled delivery.

I call repeatedly to reschedule and feel frustrated over how hard it is to get someone on the phone.

I'm ready to cancel, but I can only do that if they ANSWER THE PHONE! Meanwhile I'm paying for a cooler rental w/o any bottled water.

Delivery not made

On my regular delivery day, Dec 23, I remained at home expecting the delivery driver to arrive sometime before 11am, has had been the expected usual. by 1:30pm I had not received a delivery.

I called customer service to get a delivery status. The customer service person told me my delivery was on the way and she would have the driver contact me to provide an ETA. by 4:30pm I had not received a delivery or any contact. I again called customer service, and was then told delivery service had been suspended for several days due to driver shortage.

I was further told I could not get a delivery before my next Jan 20, 2022 delivery date.

It was recommended to me that I do a bottled water exchange at a Walmart or Home Depot.

With only a half bottle of water on my dispenser, the day before Christmas Eve, I was, and still remain, livid. More so at the ideal that Crystal Springs would not even have the courtesy to notify me or be so negligeint and cavalier about the situation.

I was about to put this Crystal Spring 5 gallon jug into my dispenser when I saw an old sticker seal floating inside it. I noticed it because the sticker inside was for a distilled water (green) instead of the regular blue spring water. We usually get 5 x 5gallon jug of spring water + 1 x 5 gallon jug of distilled water for my wife's CPAP device. So disappointed to find this as I believe Costco products or subcontractors are great.stay away from them

Worst customer service

When I placed an order ,as a new customer and waited 3 weeks for the delivery. 1st they had the wrong address,2nd week that didnt have the water on the truck and by the third week they delivered the water ,but no equipment to use the water. Every time I called they would start a new order,which I think it was commissioned.They really didnt want to extend themselves to help,they had no solution except for the customer wait for them them following week!
