The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and delivery reliability of any company I've ever worked with. Our last delivery was 3 months ago, in which they showed up prior to our office opening at 8am and left bottles sitting on the curb.
Our next delivery was scheduled for 4 weeks later and after 3 additional weeks with no one showing up we called to cancel our service. No notification was ever given that someone would not be showing up, only our delivery date continuing to be moved.
We called Sept 5th to cancel and here we are Oct 6th, 5 Fridays later and we are still waiting for someone to come get the dispenser and 15 empty 5 gal jugs and was just told again, "someone will be there next Friday". Not to mention they tried to charge us for another month of dispenser rental!
User's recommendation: Stay away. They never call to let you know your delivery is being postponed and they continue to tell you someone will be there only to never show up.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Nothing happened on the first date. I received no notification. When I called, I was given another date. Didn't happen.
I called and was told that you are out of the AquaBarista business and that a replacement had been ordered. Not sure how you do that if you are out of that business. I was given another date of Nov. 7th which means I have been waiting two weeks.
If it doesn't happen then you may find the unit at the bottom of my driveway.
Since I haven't had full use of the unit, I expect some sort of credit. This really stinks.

Worst company ever encountered- seem to be scammers
They have the worst customer service!!! They have the nerve to continue to bill us, even after numerous calls about not being serviced in over a year prior to the call stopped coming to our location January 2022 continued to bill us!
I have called several times to cancel service to have someone come get equipment useless!
Each time someone assures me a credit and refund to come and that the account is closed again every month we are billed, I refuse to keep calling back to cancel an account I have cancelled over 7 months ago! It seems very suspicious like fake billing to keep accounts profile, I will never recommend them nor will we ever pay these fake bills!

Verified ReviewerResolved: Failure to refund final bottle deposit
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Had to remind them twice and make complaints to government authorities and on sites like this. It should not take so much effort to receive what one is owed.
I did finally receive the check. It was supposedly issued on July 11, but I did not receive it until August 1.
They sent it presort.
One would think, if they were already so late with this refund, they might have put an actual stamp on it. I still think, if I had not been so persistent, they would have pocketed my $36.

DO NOT ORDER Crystal Springs through Costco!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM COSTCO!!! A rep for Crystal Springs was at Costco and employed DECEPTIVE and AGGRESSIVE practices while shopping.
I told the man I was in a hurry and he insisted on trying out the service because there was no downside. He talked me into signing some document that he said was an "interest only" in the product and that they will contact me to begin delivery service.
They delivered to the wrong address, I called several times to cancel. I moved from there a month or two after this incident in 2020. Customer service has been horrible!
They insist I took delivery, which is not true. They must have delivered to another unit (I lived in a townhouse)!
I applied for a car loan and was told I had a collection item in my credit. I disputed the account last year and they kept it on there.
I have asked for proof of delivery, invoices, etc. Nothing received.
They told me to write an email to the collection agency to dispute and get documentation. We'll see what they respond (if at all).
