My business has been a client for 7 years (Pelham, NY) when they were Crystal Rock and in 6 of those years, service was impeccable. Deliveries as promised according to schedule. Issues resolved quickly. All good then company either changes owners or just a rebranded to Crystal Springs. The first red flag was an issue with changing the numbers of bottles needed on their revamped website. There's a disclaimer stating that changes cannot be made up to a certain date of delivery. Understandable but when you change 2 weeks in advanced then there's no delivery on your date, go back to site and it states that last delivery was cancelled. Ok. No problem. Able to resolve with customer service. But this happened more than once. Frustration building. My dispenser no longer chilled water so I needed a replacement. Made an order to replace (July 18th, 2019) and was told that as of July 1st, all water dispensers were charged a $2.99/month rental fee (No fee on original dispenser). Increase frustration. Then the nightmare began. Pickup scheduled for Friday, July 19th. No show. No call. Call customer service. Next pickup date, Monday, July 22. No show. No call. This happened a total of 6 times! I cancelled my service after the first attempt due to their complete disregard for their clients time and gave another company the opportunity to earn my business. Finally on Aug 12th, they came and picked up their products. The absolute WORSE!!! There's no ability to speak to area manager. You're stuck with a customer rep who cannot hold anyone accountable for poor service. There is something fundamentally wrong with the service they attempt to provide. Advice: Go elsewhere with your water needs. Avoid Crystal Springs at all costs!!!

Crystal Springs Water - The worst

I've been buying my 5 gallons of Crystal Springs at Publix for 10 years I decided to let my neighbor help me with a delivery and my first bottle cost me $24 now they're trying to Bill me another 19 when I never received anything they don't answer their phone or get back to me I can go right to Publix and buy it for 6:49 a bottle these people charge me for the deposit after I return the bottle they charged me $5.40 delivery and $4 paper charge it's absolutely ridiculous it's been the absolute worst experience of my life keep going to Publix in bar in your water

Crystal Springs Water - How can I report a damage water problem

Good afternoon, to whom it may concern I purchased a 24 pack of spring water from the store a few weeks ago and I pulled out the bottle and took it to work with me. I drink Crystal Spring water like it is going out of style, but I never open the bottle. I kept saying I was thirsty and looked in the cup holder water right there. Got off the bus grab water and was talking to co-worker and kept feeling like something was crawling on my leg look down it was water cause I had the bottle tilted to the side. I examine the bottle and realized a pin hole was in the top of the bottle, so my co-worker told me to pour that water out and I came home and examine the rest of the bottle from that pack everything was good. I'm just a concerned citizen letting you know to be more cautious cause the world has change. I did report incident to the store I purchase the water from. Not pissed just concern citizen.

Crystal Springs Water - Fuel surcharge

I suddenly find myself with a fuel surcharge on my bill monthly. This should be illegal. I feel completely scammed by this company for fraudulent advertising. If you can’t afford to deliver the water for what you advertise you shouldn’t be in business and anything less than honest business is fraud.

Crystal Springs Water - STAY AWAY worst customer service ever

We got used to the sporadic delivery times and places, but then they just stopped delivering and saying they would have it there at day, 5 days in a row. You get what you pay for, I am going to pay them they way they delivered to us. STAY AWAY

Crystal Springs Water - One of your drivers damaged my tree as he was turning around in my driveway. What is your company planning to do about it.

I’m not a customer, but your driver always backs into my driveway after making a delivery to a neighbor’s house. This afternoon at 1:15 my Ring doorbell alerted me to motion in my driveway. As I watched the live feed from the camera, I saw and heard the truck scrape the tree and snap some large branches off of it. I’m sure your driver had to be aware that he had done this, but he drove off anyway. I immediately called your 800 number to report the incident. The branches are still partially attached to the tree and are hanging in the driveway. The woman I spoke with said someone would be out today to take care of it. It’s now 7:45, and I’m still waiting. I am a widow and I have recently undergone surgery, and I am unable and unwilling to remove limbs that were damaged by your employee. Also, the tree itself is damaged as well. This tree has been here for nearly 33 years. If the damage kills the tree, removing and replacing it should be the responsibility of your company, especially since the driver had no business being in my driveway in the first place. My question is: How do you intend to correct this situation?Thank you.
