I agree with everything you have said. Crystal Rock was phenomenal.

This company is horrific. They never deliver on the right day they bring the wrong number of bottles and never answer their phone. I cancelled my account. They were supposed to pick up my 6 empties and my dispenser yesterday and it was confirmed on the phone and on my account on the website.

Everything is still on my walkway they never showed. I have never experienced such poor customer service with any company.

Multiple missed delivers

Ive been told on multiple occasions that my water was being delivered only to be told the day of it wont be . There is no way to get an actually person on the phone . Customer service is non existent. If I cant get water this week Im canceling my account and am going back to Deer Park .

I am trying to cancel my account.

I have called Crystal Springs four times to try and get our water delivered for our cooler. We have not had a delivery in two months. I was promised delivery for the past two Monday deliveries. I have asked for a supervisor to call and that didn't happen. I feel I have no option other than cancellation. I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes and am feeling like they want me hang up. We are still receiving a bill for the cooler rental. What a joke!!

Just had the exact problem. I closed my account on May12,2021 and have been fighting them every month since.

Paid them again $11.29 ti get rid of them.

We will see on the Nov statement if they are gone for good. They are a nightmare.

To ask about a specific item

I called to ask about a specific item and the person told me that they don't make the item. It was crystal springs mountain springs water and I used to buy it religiously every week from Kroger's. It was the only water that I would purchase.

Terrible delivery schedule..and even more terrible customer services. Normally I have water delivery early morning..no delivery has happened ever after 8:00am. Today again water was not delivered at usual time so I already knew something was up. Called customer services twice intermittently and same answer saying there is delay and that they will deliver..got msg at 4 saying no delivery today

Cancellation

Ive called twice. Ive been told two dates for pickup that were rescheduled without my knowledge. I need this equipment gone. Ive left numerous emails and tried calling. Im not going to be responsible for this much longer if no one will Come and pick it up

Failed customer service and horrible company

Failed to deliver water three times in a row since June! Ive had to go to homedepoot to get a bottle and I am physically unable to lift the bottles by myself. Customer service makes all sorts of promises yet the local manager has no idea how to run a route or deliver water. Stay very far away from this company. And if they have screwed you over too, file a formal business complaint and report to the BBB. This company should not even be in business.

Delivery service

I was scheduled for delivery August 9, they never showed up. I called office, was on hold 47 minutes and was told they have until 5 pm to deliver. Got an email around 4:40 rescheduling delivery to August 10. I called and was put on hold for over 40 minutes .the CS rep said they would text driver and have him call me and give me expected time of delivery. 5 pm passed. I called and was told he was working until 7 pm. He never delivered water. It's also impressive to watch the billing because sometimes drivers don't give you credit for empty containers ($7 each). I will be getting another service as soon as possible. I should have read the reviewsanither service

Unable to cancel or reach customer service

I have been on hold for hours at a time and unable to get through to anyone in this company. I signed up at my local Costco so I thought it was a reputable company. But there is no way to discontinue service through their online platform.

I would like to be able to discontinue service and they can pick up their property. I have been trying to cancel for weeks now and do not want to be charged. They say I owe them money, but have not given me an amount.

They skipped my June delivery. Skipped my July delivery. I canceled service in August and they are charging me for equipment that they are refusing to come pick up. HELP.

Poor Service

Was told 3 times in a week I would have water delivery. Still no water. My delivery guy tells me the office doesnt know what theyre doing but he doesnt either!!!

Cancel service on hold for over 3 hours. customer service reps lie

Was on hold for 3 hours to cancel service. Reps just lie. Can NOT cancel service. Taking their equipment and sending it COD to their headquarters.
