This complaint is in regard to Crystal Springs residential water delivery in Wheeling, WV. I initiated service in August 2014, and it took 4 failed deliveries to get my initial order. They kept rescheduling for no apparent reason and not notifying me even once. Since then, it's much of the same.

It's November 26, 2014 and I ran out of water last week. My normal delivery was scheduled for yesterday so I requested a bottle to be delivered last Friday, November 21st. Friday came and went and frankly, I was not the least bit surprised I did not receive my order. So I figured I'd just hold out and get the water on my normal delivery date. That was yesterday and surprise, no one showed. I called and was assured my delivery would be here today and they were even working late to catch up with deliveries. You guessed it, still a no show at 7pm so I called AGAIN only to be told that my delivery had been rescheduled for next Monday, Dec 1st. What a bunch of ***. What kind of business runs this way? Zero communication, no explanations, no apologies. Nothing.

I have to say at this point that customer service has always been professional and courteous and the delivery driver was great, though I'd heard he found a better job. I think the problem lies with the inept management at the local level for scheduling and executing deliveries. Crystal Springs needs to review and relieve whomever they have in charge of this area, because they are incompetent and incapable of managing deliveries.

I'm retired military and my job happened to be Logistics Management, so I know how to execute the planning movement of not only every type of cargo imaginable, but also simultaneously plan, direct and move thousands of personnel in and out of theatre downrange.

I'm frankly embarrassed for this company and its inability to execute the simple task of delivering water, and notifying customers when they need to reschedule.

I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING IN THE WHEELING AREA. AFTER REPEATED LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE THEY HAVE STILL NOT PICKED UP THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT AT OUR BUSINESS.

WE HAD NOT RECEIVED WATER SINCE OCTOBER OF 2014. ON JANUARY 8, 2015, WE CANCELLED OUR ORDER. AFTER REPEATED CALLS TO HAVE THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT PICKED UP.....IT IS STILL SITTING IN OUR ATRIUM AND WE ARE STILL GETTING BILLED FOR THE RENTAL.

UNBELIEVABLE. MY NEXT COURSE OF ACTION IS A LAWYER.
