I ordered crystal springs a week ago. They stated that my a driver was going to call me to set up deliverance time and day.

I been calling everyday for that driver name Sylvester to call. I got a email that stated my delivery day will be Tuesday but no communication from driver.

The total of six calls the driver nor his manager has call. I didn’t know that this was the face of crystal springs. Call back and they it was rescheduled for Wednesday and nobody informed me of the change.

They don’t know if I will be home.

This is for Marietta area. Wow!!!!

I am surprised that crystal springs allowed this from their employees. This is rude and unprofessional.

It's just as bad in New Jersey, maybe worse. Ugh.

The worst customer service ever. I have their water cooler and get those bog bottles delivered. I have been out of water since July! They literally just don't show up and I schedule every week since then.

I cancelled service and now they won't come pick up the unit and empty bottles. The phone reps are overly apologetic, but can't do anything about it. It seems there is absolutley no recourse.

I am stuck with all this stuff and can't get my deposit back. RUN!
