I've called three times to resolve an issue. They will schedule a time and date, and not come.

No call, no show over and over. Representatives have ZERO training. They tell you anything. I'm with them through Costco, and they keep raising the price.

You have to keep calling and calling for the same thing. They keep you waiting on a scheduled appointment, and they themselves reschedule on their own without notifying you. I asked them how were they going to get in my home to change the cooler if they rescheduled without notifying me. I am going to research to see if I can find another option.

I am absolutely FED up with Crystal Springs. I've been with them twelve years, and you still get treated like crap. I think we should go on strike, and everybody cancel their account to send a message. I literally despise them because of how they treat their customers, but, the person that got it for me doesn't want to cancel, because they been with them so long.

I don't really care. I told him to cancel it. If we as customers don't hold them accountable for their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and their non-chalant attitude, they will continue to treat us any kind of way. Can we *PLEASE* get some competition?

Hit them where it hurts. I urge you to look into other options as well. We as consumers should NEVER allow any company to give us such poor customer service, when we are paying our hard earn money to pay their salary, make the CEO richer and all we get is *** service. Let's start a petition going on Change.Org.

Let's do something people! ANYTHING that's rightfully within our rights to do, so that we can get the respect and good customer service we pay for, and we deserve. I challenge every Crystal Spring customer to take a stand, because *I am*.
