We have had nothing but trouble from your company since July when they billed our office for spring water when we only get distilled water then refused to take it off the bill. I spoke with our delivery man who said theres not even an option on his log to charge us for spring bc we have only EVER gotten distilled.

So after going back and forth until mid sept about the problem we went with a new company. Since then we have called every month to have the equipment picked up (which it finally was yesterday). I had to threaten to start charging a storage fee. Also, the manager has NEVER not one time contacted our office about the problem or returned our repeated requests for him to.

Our new water company's manager laughed when we told him our problem and said he hears this daily.

There is something seriously wrong with this operation. We would appreciate if someone in your company would take responsibility for the mistake, apologize and fit it.
