No delivery 3 Jan or 1 Feb or when I re-scheduled for 6 Feb.Guess what - NO DELIVERY!

Called Crystal Spring, waited 45 minutes to be told I need to talk to COSTCO, then on hold for 5 more minutes. Customer rep stated she can explain everything, then went to say no notes on record why 3 Jan or 1 Feb had no delivery and oh by the way that delivery for the 6th (today) which was missed is now the 10th. No reasons no explanation total time on hold 75 minutes - talking to a human 11 minutes. This sucks!
