Crystal Springs Water - Rip offs and unfair cancellation for complaing

On my end of July delivery for Aug 2017 delivery the delivery man picked up 5 empties, leaving 4 full, then I get canceled for complaing. They stole my sisters empty which I had cleaned, let drying outside to return to her in Fresno 145 miles north, and I had no bottle. I received an email, yes I deleted it stating they would be out Aug 23 for delivery and nothing. I called and was told I was cancelled. They steal a bottle, don't return them stating it said Sparklets on bottle and, dont' replace all empties they took and now won't refund my deposits for remaining 5 empties. I still have saved phone message of him admitting it, now who's to blame? Customers beware, you too someday may not get your deposits back, lose your empties and be charged additional fees and get shorted on full vs empty pick up. I need home delivery because of age and disability and I will gladly find another service who's willing to happily supply product for payment. Good water *** service.

After several attempts and schedules to have water delivered to my mother, it did not happened after several phone calls and promises to deliver.Supervisors notified and made promises of the delivery and still no delivery of the 5 gal water bottles for several weeks....

I had this same issue with them over the years.

One year, they didn't deliver to us for an entire month, but billed us for the water not delivered. Then they kept promising to make good on the delivery and never showed up when they promised.

Today I'm trying to cancel my account (which is how I ended up here).

I call their customer support number and, after being on hold (twice) for about 10 minutes I was told:

"We have have technical difficulties. Please try your call later."

and then was hung up on.

Don't bother with them.

Crystal Springs Water in Kent, Washington - Worst Service I ever had

after 5 attempts of calling their office, I have yet to Get any results, My last attempt was yesterday and I was assured that I would be contacted by a route supervisor, and as in all the attempts it did not happen. If you look up my account information you will see all the calls I have made just trying to get someone to come and pick up the 8 empty bottles that are sitting in my living room. I Canceled my service back in June simply because of incompetence that I have had with their service over the last 4 years and that was 4 years too many. The Last person I talked with escalate this issue all the way to the regional manager, who informed him that this would be resolved, he assured me that someone would call me and so far no one has. So now, I and going to write a letter to the President and CEO of their company and see if he can do something about this, they have pissed me off now. someone needs to fired over this one.

Crystal Springs Water - Awful Customer Service

The driver left the bottles in the drive way, forcing the customer to have to carry them inside. I had to 4 times. The first time was told they would be picked up by Tuesday, it didn't happen, called on Wednesday, again was told they would be pick up, it didn't happen. Had to specify 3 different times, I only wanted once a month delivery and yet each time after, I'd talk to a rep after they still had me set up for once every two weeks. No matter what I see to the phone rep, somehow it doedn't get transfered to my local delivery department. Just amazingly awful customer service, which You are told something will happen on 4 different occasions in one week and each time it does not happen.

Crystal Springs Water - Worst Customer Service Ever

No show for leaky bottle pick up three times. On hold for over 20 minutes trying to deal with these people. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Never mind ever talking to a sales rep. Customer service tells you they don't have a direct line. I cancelled service and scheduled pick-up for all equipment and bottles and they rescheduled without even a phone call. I even had a confirmation number. Took me three phone calls and over an hour just to find out they reschedule the pick-up. Do yourself a favor, find another water delivery company. I for one will never recommend this company to anyone. Office Manager

Have cancelled service and requested pick up of over 70 empty bottles 4 times, have received 4 pick up dates and confirmation numbers. 6 months later we still have over 70 empty bottles in our lobby. CS continues to try and bill us for a delivery they made after the 1st cancellation and seem to think the outstanding bill is a barrier to picking up the bottles - even thought they agree that they billed AFTER the 1st cancellation. I am going to start posting on social media the empty bottles if they miss the next pick up. Customer service reps are always polite but the Seattle office is making them look incompetent

First off, I suspened my delivery ... last year in Feb due to going out town. I was told when I got back to let them know and they will start my service up again. They never stopped the deliveries. I got home to two months worth of bottles that they then ... wouldnt take back. I called several times because now I was in the process of moving. A month later no one had been by to get all the waters nor the equipment. I set up a pick up from a familys home and surprise..they never came. Three more pickups were scheduled before I decided to drive it to a location which was *** trying to get any of the information for in the first place. 10 water bottles and the dispenser.... i finally find somewherr after no one would answer my calls and got someone to take it. The guy apologized , gave me an invoice and off I went . Well fast forward to today ... I got a bill from collections... saying I never returned any equipment or water !!!!! How the *** do you get ahold of a manager ? You cant . Of course Im going to lose my *** on these people after a year, no invoices along the way, I never miss a payment and thanks to this freaking place...a water company who cant run their *** correctly I have to go play phone tag to get my stuff taken care of yet again. F this company !

I have been with them when they were known as Cloister. I had been with them for over 20 years, cancelled my account in early december 2016, still waiting for them to pickup cooler and 6 empty bottles. I stopped calling after several attempts,useless people. I am now with deerpark and everything is much better and cheaper.

They delivered 100 bottles of water. We used it all for a project. Now they refuse to pick them up. I hate to throw away 100 large 5 gallon plastic bottles in the landfill.
