Crystal Springs Water - Lack of Customer Service

Long time customer of Crystal Springs. Recently noticed I was being charged a higher fee for cooler rental then current fee online. Requested they trade out the cooler or waive the fee. The fee was waived or though I thought. The person I spoke even stated that I had probably paid for the cooler several times. Never rec'd another bill or phone call. When I ordered water nothing was said about my account going to collections. When water was not delivered I called to find out why and was told my account had gone to collections. No one seemed to be able to help me. Finally got a supervisor who stated would call the collections agency and take care of this and call me back. Still have not heard from him. Several phone calls later and still no resolution. They seem not to care if this issue is ever resolved. I wonder If the situation was reversed what they would say (maybe they wouldn't care about that either). Such a lack of customer service. All they had to do was send a bill or call no problem.

I cancel my service with Crystal springs because ive been over charged for more then 3 months. The dispencer rentals was $1.99 a month after 2 years of service they start charging me $9.72 for rentals that's why i cancel my service. They picked up all the equipment and the emty battle and I've been told they gonna send my the deposit rental of $30. After 2 months i recall them again to find out they where is my deposit and that was in February they put me in hold for more then 45 minutes and they hung on me. Now they sent me a letter that i have to pay $45.27 or they going to send my account to the third-party collection agency. Can anyone tell me what should i do please.

STAY AWAY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Worst customer service. I moved and was smart enough to cancel water delivery for a couple of months however no calls no mail and they sent my account to collections for $73.00 for the water cooler rental. When I called the company to pay the bill they transferred me to some *** that threatened my credit report if I didn't pay for the water cooler and the $73.00 I ended up paying to save my credit report. This is a horrible company to deal with. I hate computers and I created this account because these guys are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Don't do it!!!!

I set up the "trial" period through COSTCO and did not like the service and cancelled during the trial period. After cancelling, which was very hard to do and required many calls, they continue to bill me, violating the agreements they made on the phone and wasting many hours of my time. Now I am in it for the principle of protecting the consumer. Based on the other reviews I have seen online, the consumer protection agency needs to get involved. Their corporate position on service and training of their phone service people is unethical, perhaps illegal? Specifically, I ordered two bottles and the hot/cold dispenser for a trial period. For starters, they delivered with a huge truck and put dual tire ruts for 10 feet along my driveway. Then they started delivering bottles and would not stop, I ended up with 6 bottles total (after cancelling the trial service for a variety of reasons including the delivery). The first level phone service person (35 min wait) indicated that I could pay the cost of the water and they would pick up the bottles when I had used the water. No need for deposits as the account was being cancelled. He claimed to make notes and it was a recorded call. All sounded good. However, they started to send bills that did not reflect this, added late fees and deposits and other stuff to get me a $98 bill, when their representative indicated I owed them for 6 bottles of water (2 of which I ordered) and could pay when I consumed the water. Six bottles at $5 each is $30, this is not $98. Now with more phone calls, hours of waiting, a very difficult time getting a supervisor, there is a new story every time. Can't or will not read notes from previous calls, do not have any authority etc.... Obvious attempt to intimidate consumers and bully people into paying for things that are not real. On my latest attempt to resolve things, their supervisor apologized profusely and set things straight and I paid for the water with a credit card over the phone. (Not sure I trust them with credit card numbers at this point). They were to pick up the empties and we were to be done with this nightmare. The set up pick up came and went and the bottles are still sitting on my porch. One week later I get another bill with trumped up charges trying to get back to the artificial $98 charges. This bill includes a line item of $30 for a deposit on one bottle. Bottom line. This company is criminal in their treatment of customers, wastes hours of time and bullies consumers into payments for things that are not real. They do not communicate with each other. They refuse to communicate with consumers in a meaningful way and will auto bill for artificial charges. This is by far the worst interaction I have had with a company in my life. I am going to contact the better business bureau and hope others do the same.

They overcharge, take way more money from account than customer expects. They say they will refund and do not. Poor managers. I was charged 118 for 5 bottles of water one month. Please stay away from company. Now disputing with my bank.

Crystal Springs Water - Horrible company!!

So, after not receiving the last two water deliveries to my house, today I received my invoice and decided to call to figure out what the issue was... My bill is $29, and my account is current! ... They told me that my account is locked because of a payment they tried to collect BACK IN MAY!!... We are in June, and the account is up to date!!... Long story short, they told me that they couldn't unblock my account or deliver water until I paid the $29 for my CURRENT account on a bill that I've just received TODAY!!!... *** *** PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
