My bill was late by three months and instead of attempting to reach me via phone, email and mail they just sent my account to the Collections which damaged my Credit History.
I did business with them because they were introduced to me via Costco. But unfortunately (for me at least), they do NOT have as great customer service as Costco.
When I called them to check what attempts they made, DS water service has no information about me anymore as they closed out everything and can't pull-up anything. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Their COLLECTION AGENCY partner is another hopeless company to work with.
I STRONGLY ADVICE TO BE NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH DS WATER SERVICES. IF YOU DO, GET READY FOR A SHADY BUSINESS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
