The worst service ever. Accounting dept never ever returns calls and you have to wait half hour to talk to someone and when you do they say their call you back and don't.

Won't pick up multiple empties/Can't depend on published schedule
I have 5 empties that I have been trying to get picked up. They give you a date and they don't show up. Very poor customer service. A route supervisor should be on my doorstep picking up these bottles if the regular truck can't do it. I have waited on hold for over 20 minutes for a supervisor to pick up after speaking with the regular CSR. They don't deliver according to their published schedule, therefore the empties accumulate because you don't know when to put then on the porch.
Cons:

- Not once did we get a call from the driver nor a supervisor
- Long phone wait
Reason of review:
Poor customer service
Preferred solution: Just pick up the dadgum empties! Send out a route supervisor if the regular delivery can't manage. Also, the driver on my route should be fired if he can't meet the published schedule.

Worst service ever
I was a customer of Culligan for years and they sold their bottles water service to Crystal-Springs aka DS Service of America. This company took money without permission from my bank account, were suppose to change out my cooler and instead took my cooler and all my bottles and left nothing. I tried to contact them was left on hold for hours would never receive return phone calls like they stated. Now I terminated service and told them to refund my money and they told me I would get a check in 10 days which was already crazy then I call back over 10 days later after not receiving the check and they tell me 4 to 6 weeks. I try to work out service again with them and they were dismissive and rude.
Loss:

Terrible Service
Deliveries are never on time, I get water when I don't order and making a phone call is impossible. Hold times are ridiculous. I've communicated my dissatisfaction several times via call and email - nothing is ever done. The driver has no accountability whatsoever. Would rather pay double than deal with these people. Hoping that they go out of business, no customer deserves this type of poor service when they pay such a high price. Will be switching to Poland Spring even though it is more out of pocket. Maybe if they get enough complaints they will hire more drivers and more customer service agents to handle calls.

I have never seen anything so disorganized. they hold the world's record for failed deliveries. I have been promised a delivery everyday for the past ten days - and not one came through. They are very good about apologizing and continue to deliver broken promises. I have been dashing to the store daily, thinking they might just come through. End of this week, I am switching to a different company. These people do not deserve to be in business, causing stress and wasting peoples time for nothing - No way

We tried to sign up for residential delivery under a $50 off promotion. Instead of a $50 credit to start as promised, our bank account was charged $50. This happened almost immediately, despite the fact that Crystal couldn't deliver the water cooler or our first supply of water for 2 weeks. We've now spend hours trying to cancel, via phone, email. 1st tier customer service tells us they need to transfer us to some other department, then we are put on hold for about an hour at which point the call is disconnected. As I write this I am on hold again waiting to cancel service that hasn't even started. Call Water Boy. Great customer service, no contract, no unauthorized charges to you account.

I own a business and signed up to have water delivered to my business thru crystal springs. They had some sales person at costco and they would give us "a deal" since we were executive members of costco. It was no a deal at all. First of all the route we are on only delivers once a month so we had to judge how much we were going to use. The delivery guy woukd only leave us what we would use. Ie if we had 3 empty bottles he would leaves us 3 bottles. (Our plan said we paid for 5 bottles a month.) So even if we got 3 bottles we paid for 5. We were on the phone with them EVERY SINGLE MONTH. They have the worst customer service. Worse than comcast. We were also paying for spring water and getting purified water. When we called them they said no theu can assure us it was soeing water. I told them the caps said PURIFIED WATER NOT SPRING WATER. Needless to say they are schedualed to come out and pick it up.

This company is the worst . . . I set up a day to start delivery and they never showed up, took my deposit money and had a terrible time getting them on the phone to get a refund. On hold forever, then when I got a live person they said I had to talk to a manager and transferred me for another long wait . . . finally got another live person and they had scheduled my delivery for a day they never told me. I asked for refund and was told I would get it within 5 days - keeping my fingers crossed. For a worldwide company name - they really have dropped the ball. STAY AWAY and buy your water at the store!!

The Worst Service EVER
I have been a customer for many years, because I actually like the water - but the delivery is AWFUL!!!!!! Customer Service is the worst. If you are thirsty forget about it. Go anywhere else. They are happy to get your payment, but do nothing if your water is not delivered. They do not care - Buyer BEWARE. I have nothing more I can say except it is terrible service. I waited on hold for over an hour I called repeatedly to ask that my water be delivered. To no end.

Crystal Springs Water Delivery Service Review
Horrible customer service, no resolution of issues with deliver or problems with water cooler. I will be attempting to cancel service today but have been told it's a difficult process. I wish there was something more I could do. Wondering how to return two water coolers and full bottles so I can get out from under this horrible company!

Horrible service!
WOW! I've seen some bad costumer service before but to make my very rational wife livid is really doing something! Not only did they not deliver our water or come get the 5 empty bottles for two months but they stick you with a fuel charge when you cancel the service to come get the stuff they were supposed to pick up three times earlier. Not to mention waiting on hold 45 minutes after you tell them you want to cancel. We had them for ten years. Not the first time they screwed up but it will be the last for our home. What a bunch of bafoons! And that's being kind. They just don't give a ***.

Horrible Customer Service
the Taste of the water is disgusting, and the delivery guy comes whenever he needs and doesn't stick with the schedule and when I tried to call to cancel the account, no one answer for at least 40 min and I called them back 4 times within the same day and no one answer the call at all but if you call for a new service, within a second you will find someone to help you out and setup a new account for you. it's like a trap, easy to get in but it's impossible to get out without a hassle DON'T DON'T DON'T have a service with this company you can buy Primo from any store and the taste of the water is amazing and you buy whenever you need and stop whenever you need

They actually picked up my empties before noon today. I was never contacted as they promised, but I guess my threat to have them on Channel 2, 5, and 11 got their attention.
