I have this servive for three months. The worst ever. Never show up, even after complaints and reschedule. Never once on schedule. Stay away. Non existent customer service or managers. canceling tomorrow. i just cant believe how Costco would attach their name to Crystal Springs ?

I can't believe that Costco would deal with crystal springs, they have missed my delivery over 25 times. Now I've asked them to pick up there equipment and cancel them, already missed two attempts. They just don't care.

It would take a mini book, worst custoner service and lack of management oversight. Cant get refund or even a final bill, they NEVER call back with info requested. Niw automated system says my bill is late, I have nit received a bill, nor an answer regarding my deposit refund. Save your self the stress, don't deal with company!
