You cannot get a person on the phone.. waited on hold on three occasions for more than 45 minutes. They don't show up when you are scheduled for delivery. You can go online and request to be skipped with NO problem but if you need an extra delivery or want to cancel service due to lack of customer service FORGET IT. Very rarely picked up water jugs on the scheduled date, and had poor internal communication with their team. Staff at the 800-number would say they made notes to our account, then the next person would say there were no notes. Expect to wait on hold 20+ min every time you call. too many times, delivery never showed at scheduled date. Area Rep Jeremy would personal help to get our product to us. But, he is no longer there. NOW, no show on delivery date, and subsequent days to follow. NO ONE can tell us what happened, and the new area Rep, Lonnie White, has NEVER attempted to call or help us with our order. Crystal Springs is by far the very worst company I have ever dealt with. Consistent errors, unfriendly customer no service staff, and always nickel-and-diming customers. Now I'm getting charged $2 per month for a paper invoice! It also takes more than an hour to get through to someone on the phone who can help you. And more than an hour for a supervisor. Delivery 3 business days late, 5 total so far. Called twice and got told all they can do is send a message to local route manager. Asked on 2nd day i called to speak with manager...got left on hold for 40 minutes. Total call time 1.5 hours with no resolution/answers. Was told both time route manager was requested to call me. I have been a crystal springs customer for five years now and every month they would charge me for orders I didn't make. And when I didn't order water from them they would then charge me all of a sudden for rental cost for the water cooler and tell me they should have been charging me from day one. We never write reviews but felt compelled to do so after the absolutely terrible service we received from this company. Very disappointing that COSTCO maintains a relationship with them. Shame on COSTCO. Like all of the reviews before us, they were the most unreliable water delivery service (or any delivery service of any kind) that we have ever dealt with. Absolutely terrible customer service. After being a loyal customer for five years without an issue, I needed to call in and inquire about a water delivery. My delivery date was changed without notice, I was promised a delivery 5 days in a row (never happened), multiple calls to customer service, I was promised a personal call back from one supervisor (never happened). We have used Crystal Springs for some time now and we've had issues with them every single month. I have to keep an eye on invoices and make sure they do not overcharge us, or I have to keep an eye on delivery dates and make sure they deliver our water on time. We have missed our scheduled delivery dates over and over again. Every time we call to speak to a representative, we have to stay on line for ~30 min. Even if they are unable to delivery...
